A fellow community band run by Andrew Burchfield based over in Shoreham. This band perform regularly around the area and also do a bit of travelling, having performed in a number of locations around Europe. We perform the Massed Band Extravaganza concert with the Adur and Bognor Regis bands every year which is a great fun event.

Worthing Philharmonic Orchestra

Worthing Philharmonic Orchestra

Many of our members often perform with this excellent local orchestra. They perform a number of concerts throughout the year at Worthing's Assembly Hall and have a good following.

The Bognor Regis Concert Band

The Bognor Regis Concert Band

Our good colleagues over at Bognor, this one run by Howard Burchfield - the brother of Adur Band's boss. As well as lots of other performances, they are becoming particularly well known for an excellent "Proms In The Park" concert held every year in Bognor. A very good event.

Weston Silver Band

This is the website of a brass band in Ontario, Canada. They were founded by the same person as the original Littlehampton Band back at the turn of the last century so I guess you could say we're cousins!

Southdowns Concert Band

The Southdowns Concert Band

This is a band that rehearses in Arundel. Many of the musicians from some of the local bands across the area get together in this band which meets fortnightly under the baton of Andrew Burchfield.

Humdrum Theatre Company

Humdrum Theatre Company

Formed in 1992, HumDrum consists of people from the Portsmouth region who were seeking an innovative, experimental theatre company in the local area. They regularly perform music and shows all over the region.

Northbrook Community Concert Band

Northbrook Community Concert Band

Another local band this time from Northbrook College in Worthing. Directed by previous Littlehampton Concert Band conductor, Ruth Summers, this band is fun and has a strong community focus.

The Phoenix Big Band

The Phoenix Big Band

This excellent big band uses many local talents, some of whom have been members of our own ensemble. They rehearse in Arundel and put on regular performances in the town and whole area. Beware if you have 2 left feet - they are experts at packing a dance floor.

The East Sussex Concert Band

The East Sussex Concert Band

The East Sussex Concert Band is a community concert band based in Chailey, East Sussex. Directed by Jonathan Bailey, they play concerts throughout the area and also embark on regular short tours to various places in Europe.

Littlehampton Players Operatic Society

The website of our theatrical friends in Littlehampton. LPOS, as they are known, perform regularly and often use members of our band to provide the musical accompaniment to their shows.

Sussex Royal British Legion (Horsham)

This is a marching / concert band in Horsham, West Sussex in which our conductor Bob used to play, learning a lot from their Musical Director Pat Ferris. They perform loads throughout the year and are well worth going to see.

The West Chiltington Silver Band

West Chiltington Silver Band

This is website of a local silver band who have been going for nearly a century. They play a range of brass band music and accept players of all standards. Beware, they are strictly brass so don't try to smuggle in your saxophone!

The Harmonie St. Jeanne d'Arc

Harmonie St. Jeanne d'Arc

The website of our friends in Alsace in France. Although the site is in French, it is well done so even if, like me, you can't speak French, you can still get a good idea of whats what. The site includes some samples of them playing. Well worth checking out.

The Angmering Chorale

The Angmering Chorale

This excellent local Chorale put on some amazing performances all throughout the year under the expert eye of George Jones. They like to do impressive things in cathedrals and have even performed in Carnegie Hall. Have a look at their site to see where they are performing next.

Musikverein Wurmersheim

Musikverein Wurmersheim

The German website of our friends in Wurmersheim. We visited them in 2005 and 2007, and had a wonderful time on both occasions. We were therefore very pleased to welcome them to England and show them around in July 2008.
