Adobe Acrobat Reader - is for files with .pdf at the end. If you don't already have a version of this - in which case, how have you gotten through life without it - click the logo to download it.
WinZip - is the most popular compression programme available. You may need it to open the files with .zip at the end although if you are using Windows XP or later, you won't need to do a thing.
